and with my NT6 it is a great combo indeed

i do not have much cables experience , so take my opinion as you wish

i also have forza hybrid but whiplash is much better (and much more expensive ofc)

the thing with cables is picking one that fills your (c)iem needs

I also had a copper cable from Audio Forrza, tell me do you feel much difference between them?

I just got a pair of Shure SRH1540's and my 8 core MMCX Whiplash cables don't fit it... Would whiplash or another cable maker be able to mod or change the tip to fit it or am I out of luck?

is TWag V3 a good substitute for someone who can not afford the TWau reference ?

looking for a nice silver cable to tighten up my EE athena , would twag v3 be a good pairing ?

also is there gonna be a BF sale ?

thanx for any feedback

TWag is not a substitute for TWau since different wire material will affect the sound of different IEMs/CIEMs in a different way.  I can tell you with certainty, that TWag v3 will be an improvement over the original BFG spc stock cable included with EE.  I'm not too familiar with Athena signature, only Zeus, so can't tell you with certainty.  But in general, pure silver will bring up more details and resolution while making sound a little brighter (maybe not the best pair up with already bright sig iems), while gold plated silver will keep upper frequencies under control and also will help with low end texture and impact.  TWau is a sick cable!

Btw, do you guys know that Whiplash Audio now a distributor for Empire Ears?  I hope in the future we will see some nice cable bundles ;)
