I have to agree with Dawls as I have sent of my ipod to be whipmod and that was over 3 months ago and not one word as of yet. Sent of several emails and no reply back. Sucks.

I have sent 3 mails to him without any response and when I posted my post here I got instant reply. Why does he not reply on the mails I sent him and answer instantly when I post something negative on a public forum. I honestly don't understand what Craig is doing.

Whiplash customer service have been bad but i found Craig to be an honest guy and you will get what you order but do expect a long waiting time and reply and Craig rather makes more cables and waste no time in replying email. He should reply mail more often.

From previous experience ordering from Craig, it's better to send an email and get confirmation AND an invoice via email rather than just using his website. Craig seems to travel alot so he seldom has time to check orders. Nonetheless, his product is good and i've already put in a second cable order just the other day.

Since the day I placed my order, I have not heard a single word about my order. You have only told me over and over again to send you the order number, and you would send the items right away. Every single time I send you the order number and the Paypal transaction id the communication stops. My frustration cannot be expressed with words, only with a fist and a broken jaw. This is a metaphor Craig, do not worry. But your customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. I do not care if you are busy, the only thing you have told me so far is that you are busy. You only tell me your excuses when all I want to know is the status of my shipment! How hard is it to tell me if you have sent the damn items? All you have to do is put the ear-cushions in a box and write my address on it!

My experience -

 

Feb 8 - sent Craig an email inquiring about his cables

 

Feb 11 - Craig replied, he was very polite and seemed excited about my inquiry

 

Feb 11 - I sent the payment immediately after he replied and I guess that was my biggest mistake.  I did ask about lead time for delivery, which he didn't answer on the email, and I assumed from the tone of his email that he had something he could sent me immediately.  Well you know what they say about assumptions... 

 

Feb 11 - sent him email telling him that I've sent him the $$, and provided my shipping address and phone number, no reply

 

Feb 14 - chaser sent, no reply

 

Feb 18 - another chaser sent, still no reply

 

So I've waited patiently since, checking email everyday hoping that there would be an email from him, or from DHL with a waybill. 

 

Till today, still no reply from Craig.  I know it hasn't even been a month, but at least an invoice, or an email acknowledgment on the order, would've been appropriate.

 

I ordered a TWag V3 8 connductor with a balanced RSA end, so it wasn't like I was asking for something exotic or bespoke.

 

Well, guess all I can do is wait, or ask for a refund, which he again, may never reply to.
