I certainly don't dispute that Craig's in no hurry, but these days he's routinely too busy to communicate.

Might I suggest that you update your original post just to clarify that, though you had positive experiences with Whiplash, countless others have been left disappointed by Craig's inability to properly run his business? Potential customers read the early posts in this thread and move forward with a purchase without ever getting to the more likely reality which is detailed in the later pages.

With the additional trained employee, we have greatly improved our turnaround times. We are moving in the right direction!!!

Thanks to everyone that stuck with us. We are not certainly perfect, but realizing our faults is certainly helping us improve.

I had an issue when originally placing an order. Craig messaged me in a timely manner once he became aware of the issue. The problem was quickly resolved and no complaints here.

 

The cable was constructed very nicely. It is flexible and aesthetically pleasing. The soundstage definitely improved, using my ciems. I'm also quite fond of the wooden "choker" that whiplash puts on its cables.

 

Happy customer here.

 

 

P.S. i suggest that any potential customers should contact Craig (via email or pm here on headfi) prior to making an order online to ensure the fastest possible build time, and for him to be aware of the new order. Craig frequently travels and sometimes wont be able to check his inbox from time to time.

I was just wondering if any of you have ever owned a 'twag/cu v3 hybrid' that has gone "green"?

One month since I placed my order on hes website. I have already paid but I have yet to hear one single word from this guy. Absolute **** customer service, whiplash audio is NOT recomended.
