my order no : 1200001398 , paid on 28 Jan, are they gone missing?

Craig has always been and always will be a very busy man.  I can't even imagine how many orders, questions, emails the guy gets.  I for one have only used whiplash for my iems, went through lots of different versions and it always seems to improve somehow.

Yes, he can be a little slow with orders but he is a very niche portion of a very niche market....that gets a lot of traffic.

Sure other cable companies have come up... Still feel like whiplash is the best.

For me, the wait and anxiety (frustration at times too) is all worth when you have the cables in hand.

I could not agree more. Craig's 8 conductors takes a full day to make from scratch, no wonder it causes some waiting. All is forgiven when connected!

Hi how about my order.
I didn't have order number, because I order via email and transfer directly.

I paid for my order in december. All I've gotten so far are vague half-promises. He may be busy and the previous cable I bought from him was excellent and well worth the wait, but this is getting silly.

EDIT: Getting back to me now. Hopefully with a prompt solution :)

Craig is pretty much a one man show.  Double Helix Cables is on an 8 week time table also.
