Escalated to a claim lol

... I have been waiting for his email for about 2 and half weeks now... This is a new record for me.

Been waiting for an update on my order since December. He makes solid products, but communication is... something else.

Hey everyone...

There seems to be an issue where people are using different email addresses and names which is really complicating the issues. I think everyone would agree I wold rather be making cables instead of sending 2 hours tracking down who someone was. Since there is only 24 hours in a day and 7 days per week, I think I spend half of that trying to figure out who people are....

PLEASE make sure I know who you are. In some cases, I have to move onto someone that I can get to faster because of this.

I know we can do things a lot better and everyone expects me to work 140 hours per week, but if you can PLEASE help me in identifying who you are so I can get to your response sooner and not spend wasteful hours trying to figure out who Im responding to and why, I can use my time wisely and get more product made.

This is what I need to avoid delays in my response:

1. Name on the original purchase.

2. Email on the original purchase

3. SHIPPING ADDRESSES THAT MATCH PAYPAL - that is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!

4. Understand that if I have the info more easier and clearer, I can not avoid your email (not all in all cases) and wait until I have free time to understand what what Im responding to.

I have made so many attempts to have customers contact custserv@whiplashaudio.com if you are not getting a response from me. Im only one person and I am human. ALSO, there are many of you that thing we are open 24 hours per day. Oddly, this is not true.

With all of this said, we do try our hardest. PLEASE help me as much as possible and I will make sure you are 100% fully satisfied.

Now recently I have not been available 24 hours per day (yes I am human and personal things come up) recently.  I am getting caught up.

OK, so please help me so I can help you!!!

Craig

Craig,

please reply to my e-mail, this is azynneo@aol.com here.

Seriously, I've messaged you and you told me the same god damn thing 50 times. And you haven't even replied to me at all this week what the hell is going on! I'm not going to wait a whole month when you promised 10 days, and try to make a fool out of me, I already opened a dispute with you and you can't even reply to that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Hey Craig, I'm jimmy, I've shipped back my brand new sealed hybrid cable for lcd2 in exchange for 2 TWcu iem cable with regular config, you agreed upon this about 2weeks ago but no reply anymore ever since the initial email. I hope you can take care of this.

Please see my post above. Now I have to follow up here, find a Jimmy (we have several in the queue), etc.

Please help me so I can help you...I dont have any unanswered emails from Jimmy. So Im guessing here or your email is going into SPAM, etc.

I will PM you.

Craig

I'm getting to it!!

But if I have to check 3 places for emails, posts, pms, I'm being taken away from what matters the most.

Please guys, I will get to all of this....
Also many of you expect 24 hour service. I try and sleep for 4 hours. Pleases me sure you understand that.

Hey Whiplash cable owners!

I just received a TWAG V2 today and I have to say I love the aesthetic and sound that comes from the cable.

However, I realised that when I twist the Oyaide plug, the sound goes fuzzy and the mids and bass starts to disappear and appear.

Is that normal?

This could be due to dust inside the connector of the dap or amp. Try another connection, and if it is still there on a different connector you should have Craig fix it.

Yeah I concur.

Do you mean the connector is rotating physically on the wire? Or rotating while in the female 3.5mm....

In many cases, the female jack can cause a short. Like suggested, try another cable and see if the problem continues...

Hi craig,

I meant when i physically twist the connector while its connected to my source.
For example, when i twist the whiplash logo on the connector facing down (6 o clock) i hear either just the bass or mids. However, when i twist it back so the logo faces up (12 o clock), everythings back to normal. Its not a major problem..but i find it weird that the sound changes when i twist the oyaide plug..

I fixed my problem! The pins were not in the correct sockets. Thanks for the help guys

Btw, great cables Craig, it really improved my SM3!
