Got a reply from Craig finally, he said it'll be shipped next monday and start working this friday. If it happens then I'll be happy and take back most of my comments.

Disgraceful!

How and why anyone would piss what appeared to be a perfectly viable company down the drain is beyond me. At least sell it before it's FUBAR.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: All Craig needs to do is manage peoples' expectations. We're generally pretty compassionate and understanding provided we're not left in the dark.

Wait, now I know what';s going on. Look at our post and our status, were not contributors or headphoneus supremuses. This is what we have in common, while those with higher rank than us have their cables in a snap. What kind've ******** is this.

 

I have never been SO TICKED OFF from such horrible customer service.

Never thought I would actually have to do it, I'm rather impressed because no company has ever got me to the point to where I reported paypal, actually NOBODY has ever got me to that point.

I also waiting my Hybrid V3 too, a month passed.

Just a week that no any response email from Craig.

Hope he will back in a few days.

Hey, don't panic. I believe he'll make ur cable eventually. I've had similar exp too, but everything turns out to be fine.
I'm waiting for a cable switch as well.
Generally speaking Craig is a nice guy.
I just don't understand why he never replies email... It should not be that hard for him right?

Still no reply to even say that he has received my cable...

 

I don't have the luxury of reporting him to paypal... As I sent him my TWag v2 cable for repair either he gets back to me eventually and we have a slow, but happy ending or 2. I've just lost $375 on a cable that I'll never get back...

 

Either way, not happy...

well he said he shipped mine on tuesday, still hard to believe since he didn't give me an ETA or a response on if he switched the positives.. even though I asked him at least 500x.
