Craig has got to be one of the finest people I have ever done business with. Thats with me being an old fart (58). Maybe he had another feedback thread, but I could not find it. Anyway this is in the Vendor feedback forum. I bought Predator a couple his high end LODs.

I have had 2 transactions with him and both have been stellar. You can't go wrong with this company service before and after the sale. He is no hurry. He wants customer to fully understand, and never seems to busy to communicate. High Praises for Whiplash Audio.

I bought a pair of Westone 3's from Craig and I couldn't of asked for a smoother transaction. I was surprised by how well the item was packed and Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I bought one of Craig's terrific Millett MiniMax amps and Craig went to extraordinary lengths to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. A class act all the way and will be my source for cables and other gear for a long while yet.

Hey all,

I just ordered an iPhone Silvercab pro from Craig at Whiplash Audio. He is an amazing seller and the communication was amazing. I send him emails and he responds right away. Plus he took so much time to educate me on the different LOD types and materials used, etc. When I paid him, he provided tracking information within minutes. Just an amazing seller. Please don't hesitate buying from him.

I look forward to hearing this LOD. Currently, I am using a sendstation with cardas mini to mini from my iPhone to UE triple.fi's. I also have UE11's on the way.

I just received a Whiplash Millet Hybrid MiniMax from Craig at Whiplash Audio. I received the amp in 3 days and it was packed very well. This was my first tube amp and I can now see why people like the tube sound. The amp itself is very well made and I had no trouble getting it up and running. Craig was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to buying from Whiplash Audio again in the very near future.

Well guys, it was another great transaction with Craig and Whiplash. I just bought an iQube from Craig and again, he was lightning quick with correspondence and gave me a great deal as well. Don't hesitate buying from him. He is quickly becoming my dealer of choice. Thanks again Craig!!

I have now bought two things from whiplash audio. I bought an LOD last fall and I traded a stax system and cash for a very nice pair of Audio Tecnica W 5000 Headphones. In each instance, Craig offered excellent advice and shipped me the products either the day or the day after I ordered them. I will not hesitate to do business with him again.

Almost forgot to thank Craigh for unveiling the Amp3, which I got at his intro price. He answers questions quickly, and is a fine vendor/sponsor here on HF. I will buy from him again, no doubt.

Just bumping up Craig's thread...I just completed an excellent dealing with Craig and Whiplash. He patiently answered my questions and suffered through my waffling before finally buying, offered me a fantastic price, and item shipped promptly.

I'm really happy and you can bet my next purchase will be from him.

Received my Ipod LOD in two days. Told Craig that I needed them fast and he was generous enough to grant my request.
Also responded to PMs pretty quickly.

Here's another very big bump from me. I have purchased and dealt with many people concerning audio gear over the years and Craig without question is the most obliging person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
