Order from iBasso shipping times? - Page 2

I've never had a problem with DHL, but of course they deliver to the shipping/receiving dept. at work, and we're one of the morning stops, so it's not like they can say nobody was there.

It seems some folks are getting tracking numbers, and one (qusp) that did not. Hopefully mine has been shipped, I replied to their query about the shipping address on the 3rd.

I had an order from them where by the time I got the tracking number it was pretty much at my doorstep.

The package looked as if it had been dragged behind the truck for several miles, but everything was intact inside...

I've only had one experience with DHL and that was with my D10. Let's just say that my D10 went sight seeing in continental US before it reached my door..so naturally I'm a bit jealous since I've never been to continental US...

to be honest, it wasn't so bad as I did receive it in just over a week. and luckily my d10 box fared better than others when it arrived.....

I had the same experiences as others above. If you email them, they will send a tracking number to you. They got back to me on a Sunday. I used the email from their web site as another person recommended on the sponsor forum. My only problem was that the box was really crushed when it arrived. I had to got a second unit because the dac chip was bad. They were really responsive though. I doubt that the rough handling by DHL caused the dac issue though.

ordered on sunday...tracking nmber revcd by tuesday... in my doorstep @ wednesday...

I got mine within 3 business days. DHL's site didn't show the tracking immediately.

The box itself looked like it took a few knocks along the way, but everything inside was perfectly intact.

Ordered on the 1st of June, received e-mail asking me to confirm shipping address on the 3rd, and received on Monday, June 8th. I never did receive any kind of notification of shipment or tracking number.

As others have remarked, the box looked like hell, but everything inside seems to be intact/functional.

I would only have very minor reservations about ordering another item. Basically, I'd like to see a place to enter a shipping address on the iBasso site, as they evidently don't believe what Paypal says. I'd also like to see a tracking number, or at very minimum, a notification of shipment e-mail.

I would email them with your concerns. They are valid and I am sure they would appreciate it.

Thanks jamato8. I believe I'll x-post the above in their forum, and also e-mail them. I know there's a thread in their forum about DHL shipping.

Again, I don't really have any serious issues with how it all went down, it was just a smidgen frustrating/annoying to have to confirm the shipping address that was plainly shown in the Paypal info, and not receive any notification that it had shipped.

I can't complain about the speed of shipment, nor the condition of the product inside the box. That's what the box is for, after all, protection during shipment.

Got it today at about 1:00 pm. Two and one half business days from when the order was placed! Wish everybody shipped that fast! LOL Box was not perfect, but not destroyed either. I'd order from them again, especially considering how far / fast the shipping was. Going to play with it tomorrow.
