I just got my JH13s today, wooopeee!! XD
(the mailman caught me on the driveway when I was about to hit up work, perfect timing!)

so here i'm trying them out, i have problems shoving up further down my ear canal (when I hold them there with my fingers I hear it with the bass extension when I let go I lose them) these are my first customs owned so maybe i'm not doing it right?

not sure what to do, should I send them back for a refit or should I try breaking my ears into the moulding?

Make sure you're putting them on correctly. Pull your ears back, twist clockwise for your right ear all the way (maybe have to untwist and loosen tilt it a bit). Then push on the faceplate. That should give you a good seal. Do the same thing for the left ear, but twisting the monitor counter clockwise.

Yup, PAM 090 for me. Thinking to get the PAM 312 but priority calls for JH13 instead.

At this time, I'm not sure about 3x the price of UM3x but my JH13 is not fully burn in yet. Most users report it take around 10 plus hours to sound the best. At this time I'm sure it is worth 2x the price of UM3x plus UM56.

From UM3x with olive to UM3x with UM56 is a WOW for me already and I can tell you the first time I put JH13 in my ears and get nice seal, I said "**** OMG, this damn thing is good" aloud in office. I have to sell my Millett Hybrid Max, ESW10JPN, and AD2000 to fund this IEM and really wonder if it is worth it or not before today. Now, i can tell you, no regrets...

Thanks a lot for the feedback, much appreciated. I was kinda hoping that you'd discourage me from getting into the JH13 bandwagon hehehe ... My wallet will feel the pain very soon.....

Sure it would, I think i'll let them burn in for a bit the overall sound is a bit 'tight'
but surprisingly not fatiguing to wear (unlike the Shure SCL5 which I have, my hearing gets fuzzy after awhile)





The paint job is so-so, It might wear out a bit after a while.
Overall its an unforgettable experience, I love these earphones and the way it sounds!

Play with fitting the whole day today, I can get a better seal now. It does keep the seal if I open my mouth or chewing gum on both ear. I still feel it can be a little better, not sure if I want to send it back for a refit now.

JH13 scale very well with source and amp. I will try to use my WA6 once I get my Sophia Princess or EML 5U4G mesh plate.

My cables haven't started to turn green, but my plastic on my 3.5mm side is turning green at the corners...hmmmmmmmmmm
