You should definitely call. You will probably talk to Jamie. I have sent two impressions because they lost or didn't receive my first impressions. They confirmed that they got my second impressions. I was in similar situation. I sent my order form with impressions and waited about a week until I called to see what happened (and yes, they said they never got my package). So try to call them as soon as possible.

Hope your order has been processed alright.

You have proof that they arrived because Adam works at JHA, and August 26 was just last Wednesday. Two weeks will not run until next Wednesday, or Thursday if you want to give them the holiday, so what is it that you "shouldn't be pleased about"? It takes about 2 weeks these days. Call on Tuesday if you want to get a read on it but you have no reason to jump anywhere but into a cold shower to chill out.

The website says "once we've received your earmolds, someone from JH Audio will contact you ASAP." I didn't think "ASAP" was a week, or that "it takes two weeks these days" to get an acknowledgment of receipt, as you seem to be saying (no?). That's why I was asking. (And I don't know Adam from Adam.) Responses were helpful; apparently YMMV. Point taken.

I'm chill. Are you?

Hey guys. Its great that you guys are enjoying your JH13s but what will happen once they don't fit? Will JH audio reshell them and the other JH customs for a fee? Seems a shame to chuck them out after a few years-several years.

Also, I wanted to add that I had USPS delivery confirmation (not signature confirmation) so it just said that the package arrived to the location and didn't tell me if someone signed (probably no one signed for them because it went via Priority). In your case, you already know Adam signed and received the package, so I believe they do actually have your order. I hope that no one has to go through what I went through

A question...did you all feel comfortable wearing these from day one or did you need some adjustment period to be comfortable? I am asking because it feels so tight in my ears..

How big was your bite block?? you are supposed to take the normal bite block and turn it sideways.. because you don't want your mouth fullllly open because its too much. (talked to jhaudio about it today)

As far as I can remember my bite block wasn't that big...I don't recall opening my mouth wide open when the impressions were made.

I still have my old ear impressions made back in 2003 when I ordered Sensaphonics. Comparing it JH13 was much bigger. Did those 6 years old ear impression shrunk over time? Who knows.....Hope it gets better in few days b/c sending back for refit is the last thing I want.

Impression shrinks (or goes bad) after 1 or 2 months as far as I know.

Nothing fancy....Make sure you choose the right color when you order. I am not too impressed with the light gray I chose.

I think they should be comfortable right off the bat! My left monitor is so comfortable it feels like it's almost not there. However my right is a mess and there is no way I can avoid sending them back. I think I will see if they can scan my sensaphonics and make a new right monitor. That being said, they both seal well and don't break the seal no matter what I do.
