Hmmm...I recently flew to Hawaii from L.A., 5+ hours with my JH13's in use the entire time. Certainly much better isolation than my old SE530's with plane use. I had a wing, window seat, and a screaming baby behind me. And it all did not matter at all. Thank goodness for JH Audio!

i think a great foam actually blocks out more than an acrylic case. at least that has been my experience even with great fitting customs. by the way, my jh13pro came... and without the carbon box!
