Hi,
How much do you have to spend? If you have quite a small budget, try searching for a Cmoy on ebay. You can get a decent one for quite cheap. You could also try to build your own, which will give you a lot more for the money, if you have any electronics knowledge.

For a bit more, you could go for something like this.
Behringer makes products for the professional market, so it is probably not the best in terms of sound quality.

Ibasso are meant to be good, I know a lot of people have them around here. If you can afford it, I say go for it. You might also want to check the for sale section of this site; you can get a lot of good deals there.

For about $100 you could try a headroom airhead, from headphone.com.
In Europe, you could order one of these. They are also quite well regarded.
Seriously, though, take a good look at the for sale forums.

EDIT: Are there any local shops you can go to where you could try out any headphone amps? That would be the best way to find what is right for you.
