How long does HeadRoom take to answer e-mails?

I'm sure the second I post this I'll get an e-mail response but I've been waiting over a day now for a response from support regarding a rather pressing matter.

I'm just curious what their typical response times are like? Definitely not complaining, they've been great so far.

Just call them. they are very friendly and will take care of your issue I'm sure.

Usually within a day. May be a bit delayed with all the Can Jam and HD800 stuff going on at the moment.

Calling is best.
