To get a phone sounding better than R10 is going to cost a lot of money, and is it possible.

I would recomment a Pass Labs aleph (more tube like) or F1 (better control of drivers but a bit analytical), Red Wine Audio, etc.

I was never impressed with the SAC amp. I haven't heard the one you have pictured.

This site should have a 'price tracking' function on the marketplace.

And users should stop removing prices from items which have sold. :-)

AKG price seem to hover in the $1000+ range these past couple of months.

Anyone want to sell me their McLaren F1 for $10,000?

It'd seriously be a miracle to find one that's functioning correctly for that cheap. Unless it's really banged up. Sorry bud, it's not 2004 (or whenever it was out of stock) anymore.

Ishcabible, this is the same guy who has been asking people to mail him a HD-800, Beta22, and other high-end gear so he can try them out before buying.

I forgot about that! That whole thread made me chuckle

Do you really have to ask? It's the equivalent to asking the husband of a supermodel to bring his wife to a rundown bar with cheap drinks and bringing her home.

Possibly Fitz? Where has he been anyways?
