What formats can the 8gb sansa clip play?

Hey mates!
Seeing mixed responses between 4 gb and 8 gb sansa clip in terms of playback features.
Some 8gb sources cite "# Plays MP3, WMA, secure WMA, OGG, FLAC and Audible audio file formats "
whereas 4gb sources cite the above minus ogg and flac.
Can someone clear this up?

I have a 1GB Clip and my wife has a 2GB Clip, they both play FLAC and ogg. It should be firmware dependent.
