judging from your Pics in the other forum,That's just the normal seal between the shell and the faceplate. It's sealed with UV acrylic after the drivers are placed inside. You could simply seal it with a little clear acrylic nail polish but since that QA issue got past shipping, you would probably be better off returning it for a redo. I'm sure C/S can work with you on the shipping costs.
