Which DAC is better - CS4392 or PCM1792A?

Hi, I'm wondering which DAC is better?
-Cirrus Logic CS4392 in the Marantz CD5003 CD player
-Burr-Brown PCM1792A in the Asus Essence STX sound card

I have Sennheiser HD650s and a Darkvoice 336se amp if that matters.

I'm currently researching the question regarding how good is the Burr-Brown PCM 1792A.  That's what brought me to this thread via Google search.

 

The point of my research question is, do I really need a separate DAC or is the ASUS STX really that hot?

I believe the BB PCM 1792 and 1796 is better but I could be wrong both Bur Browns are Highly praised.  To answer your other question yes the ASUS Essence STX is that good and so is the Xonar Xense very similar card but different feature set.
