Do i have to add amp in this combo?

If yes, a cheap E5 amp + LOD could do the job well? or any other cheap amp choice?

BTW, I am using 1 st iphone which has its notorious headphone jack, most of IEM need jack adapter to fit in, do 780 have to use adapter ?

Well if it is the first generation iPhone then you need a slim adapter for you to insert your 780s. And with regards to amplification use the search function and follow the guidelines from people like HeadphoneAddict, Skylab and few others.
