Any idea if Todd/Grado will ship the HF-2 outside US?

I've sent Todd an email, but he probably won't reply till after CanJam.

The suspense is killing me!

Yes, the HF2 is for head-fiers worldwide with at least five posts. You qualify.

So one person did get to pick up theres at CanJam and if they didn't order before or something they will get lower # than others Heres to hoping the 2nd batch or first REAL batch is 50ish so I dont have to wait forever as I am now 100% broke with bills coming but these take priority over responsibility! -_-

If my HF-1's really are just a wooded SR225 than these are higher, I really am curious to the sound of the higher models. Gotta goto Moon Audio and demo some for purchase when he gets back from Canjam omg the wallet pains. Sorry Bank of Mom some 23 year olds need help with bills *cough* headphones :P

Thanks for tip. Ordering it as we speak...

according to todd, they'll be allocated out in the order that orders were placed... seems fair enough

Right back at you LaidBack (Zoso), always time to get the Led out!

I am glad to hear that sonic differences are present when compared to the RS1 and hopefully will be a complimentary can in the quiver. Either way the HF2 looks awesome and is a great addition to the Grado lineup and considering that it was created for the members of this forum. Rock on Grado!

edit: Not to be selfish but to make it a limited edition status - keep it to under 500 just like the HF1.

Arrrggghhhhhhhhhhh..... Are there any impressions yet? Id like to know more about the sound of these phones. They do look super sexy, but I really like the vintage look of the HF-1s. maybe ill have to start looking for those on the buy and sell forums. ; )

Dunno Les, this thread got so busy/huge and loaded with so much anticipation/speculation that I decided to mostly check out until it was game time....

I thought I read somewhere that orders will be taken into July, but if you're interested, defintely confirm that w/ TTVJ so that you can secure a set...

I won't be shocked at all to hear that several hundred HF-2 orders have been placed over this weekend. I waited for a long time to order, and I always had a gut feeling there would be nice upside surprises here, so I finally pulled the trigger Friday night...

I'll be looking forward to this especially in relation to its highs. I have a greater sensitivity towards sibilance and piercing highs compared to the norm.

I can probably get a used "classic" MS-Pro at a slightly cheaper price now locally so it's really a dilemma right now.
