I don't think you'll get a good answer to this question and I'll try to explain why (and this is just my advice, no offense whatsoever intended)...
You're question is too general and it's clear (as immtbiker points out) that you haven't done much background research. It's like asking a mechanic what important parts there are in a car...
Moreover, it also depends on what you think is important and in this case, you could actually argue that *all* chips are important since if you remove any one of them, the HiFiMan would not work (since as far as I know, there are no useless "chips" in the HiFiMan

But most importantly, you're asking a question that only required a few seconds of your time but you're looking for a reply that probably could take up to a few hours in order to compile. This is an imbalance that basically guarantees that you will not receive a good reply...
Instead, I think you'll have to ask questions that show that you have done your "homework" and that requires a lot less effort to reply to, for example "Why was chip xxx chosen when chip yyy definitely has better signal-to-noise-ratio?".
