Looking for RS alternative for 1/8" Stereo Jack

Hey, I'm looking for an alternative 1/8" stereo jack to RS 274-0246, the same used in the CMoY IIRC (tangentsoft). And no it's not for a CMoY . It needs to be 5-contact:



and panel mount. Either a mouser or digi-key item would be helpful, thanks.

I ordered some for an a/b switch I'm building and they came with 5 pins. I believe this is the mouser p/n.
