Bought Westone 3 on 7-23-2009.And he said i will pm you Tracking no(On my second reply)and still he is not send it.Today I noticed Telim bought a Westone 3 on 7-27-2009 from him.And Im shocked,he is selling items to multiple users.Right Now Opening a dispute and want to warn you guys.

Refunded money to qd1 my mistake of trying to answer to many private messages at once!!!

Please read all of my message before leave this page.

Warning...In the end I just got his lies/A little loss and A annoying stressfull weeks and you must really care on this user.

Let's start what is he done.
On July 23rd contacted with him and send 3 post and got answers from him.We deal on 245$ without any problem.And On 23 July 20:36(GMT+2) I send money to him for Westone 3 to belac(Chas Gidcumb).And after that asked 1 question with PM and he answered it.

Waited 2 weeks.Then bored to wait package everyday at home.And i requested Tracking No.On 08-05-2009 from him,he didnt answered my message first then i wrote;
On 08-06-2009 again.

and he said after that;
On 08-06.
And I followed his activity on all of these PM periods and he was visited forum all of these days.
As you can see he can send private message with his limited access.

Then I continue to wait for tracking no.As you might guess he didnt send it.

And here surprise is coming.On August 08 I wanted to check his feedback(belac) but dont know why.
And suddenly saw this message from Telim.
And yes im just shocked.
After that instantly send a message to Telim about this situation.And wrote to belac this;
On 08-07.
And on this message I just watched his activity,he was online and didnt respond it.
And turns to offline after 15-20min later.And Im really worried my situation that time and tried to contact with Super Mod grawk.And as he said just posted a feedback to his thread and filed a paypal dispute against him.

And guess what after a dispute he suddenly came online and answered my PM.And he said;
On 08-08-2009.

I would like to draw your attention here he said "My wife sold it" dont forget this part i will turn this part again.And I will show contradictions in his words.(1)
And Yeah "Tomorrow" again.Just count "Tommorrow" word guys.I forgot how much he said.

And I was angry on this message because how come a person didnt notice this situations(As you know paypal send mails for payments,buyers send PM on forum)in these 2 weeks period.And he was visited forum everyday and even he send message to forum.Also his common excuse was "limited access".What a "limited access" he had access to forums to send message and he answered some of my PM's with his "limited access" But his "limited access" didnt allow to answer my critical PM's.
If he dont know who is getting then why is he said "I will send Tracking NO. tomorrow".That day he didnt send tracking number and any PM.
Not blaming him,i just send a message about this situations.But i got only "Limited Access" excuse.

And I told him from my losses.Paypal took %3 and My bank took from me 10$ more.And he said "...you will get the 3% back and I will also get you the $10 back..."
and said "...I am in the process of transferring the money back to my account then it will come to you. It will take a couple of days because I don't have credit card tied to my account......"
Dont forget that $10 part too.(2)

I was a little relaxed until i learned these...

Fortunately Telim(Second buyer) is really really kind and careful person and he replied my 1 question with twice post.
Then i had explained my situation to him with details.
And here it comes.The second shocking surprise.Telim Wrote to me;
First lets look at my payment date.It was 23 July 20:36(GMT+2) and it means July 23rd 01:36 PM US Eastern Time.So after he got my payment first he said "Already sold!! Sorry!" but then "Dont Know Why" he changed his mind and said "Deal fell through, these are yours if you want. Paypal:Nividialifer@gmail.com" On 5:12PM to Telim.After nearly 4 hours later from my payments.Dont Forget this 4 hours part i will show you conflicts about his word with this 4 hours part.(3)

Beyond about that money,I am angry about this post...And I fell like im fooled because of that.

Then user "tom_3_21" contacted with me with his order.And said this tome;
I already lost my precious time with waiting.And i am just loosing my time everyday within worry and doubt.
Day by day i just became an angry and impatient guy.

After these messages im more worried about my money and he didnt even send any message about any time.

On 08-13-2009 I send a message;
I think he just angry to this message and re-send these message with his sarcastic words to me in 20 min.Yes he is allowed to be angry but not me.I must sit down and wait.My precious lord can pay it when he want.I dont blame him.

I know Telim's payment dates and his double selling messages but he didnt know that.

So after that i send him a very long message include that Telim's received messages.As you might guess he didnt respond.Well i dont want it either.

1-First he said to me but then right now he is saying On his
feedback post.

2-On 14/08/09 245$ refunded.On 17/08/09 bank added it to my account.Guess what.He didnt cover all of my losses as he promise and didnt send 10$.

And right now bank only refund 5$ and didnt refund other 5$.

3-About that 4 hour.There are 4 hours between my payment and Telim's received message from belac.And right now just look at his feedback.What was he wrote there?
Too many message at once? At once and 4 hour?

Right now i just got stresfull weeks and it still continue.Discuss with my family everyday.And tomorrow i will discuss it with bank.

Just d*** that time i sent message to him for westone.
And right now i leave all of these to your decision girls/guys.

Is multiselling and then refund it to newcomers after 1 month allowed in here?Dont know.

At least Im happy because Westone gone to a kind person.

I Brought a portable setup from Timothy (Sansa Fuze + Fiio E5 + LOD cable) recently, there were a few complications (out of his controll) but I did recieve everything as described in the end. I would buy from him again.
