Regretibly I have some negative feedback.

In September 2008 (9 months ago) I ordered from HeadAmp:

Gilmore Lite Headphone Amplifier,
Gilmore Lite DPS (UK),
= 649 USD.

Since then I have sent 12 VERY fair e-mails to Justin; I have only had 3 responses - basically saying the same thing - I will refrain from posting any communications for the time being.

I am currently in the process of getting my full funds back.

I suggest not buying from HeadAmp until I receive my funds and answers to go with. As it seems alot of people on head-fi have waiting times considerably higher than the claimed 3 months along with poor communication.

It's Justin, not Jason.

While I understand your frustration (lack of communication from any company is always bothersome), Justin is also loaded with pre-orders for the Pico Slim, as well as any orders for his current amps/dacs.

I would continue to initiate contact, but by email. Don't give up yet!

Not an angry rant. I hope he decides to call me. Pico dac/amp. Ordered 12/4/09 when item was listed in stock. I have been calling for more than a week. Email also.

It worked! I just received an Email. It has already been shipped (so I have been informed). We shall see.

I imagine you must be very busy right now but know I do value your reply (and your time). The USPS link you sent me did not indicate any shipping info. I have been calling your phone number for a week. I started leaving voicemail. When was "it" sent and when is "it" due to arrive? I hate to resort to posting on a public site or contacting Google but what am I to do if you don't answer your phone or respond to voicemail.

Trying to find out the status of my order. To defame him I would have to say something derogatory about his person. Indicating that he has failed to return my call(s) is hardly defamatory. I am glad to say he has since Emailed me as well as posting here.

USPS has to have the lamest tracking system ever devised. Whenever I use it the package is in limbo until several hours or a day after its actually been delivered. That's not tracking, it's delivery confirmation and I'm being charitable.
