my image are broken

i bought the original image (i don't know how it called now), and i hear in one ear cutoff. it seem tha the cabel is loos
there is a way to fix it or i must bay another earphone?

about a year and a half

i bought them about year and a half but 6 monthe thay was in home and i don't use them , and after that , i use them evry day
