Head Direct Delivery tracking

Hi there, I've been tracking my ems delivery and things are looking a bit strange to me -

Your item was delivered(MINHANG) at 2009-05-04 15:46:00

I wrote them about it and they said my postal address was incorrect (which it wasn't), so I was thinking maybe it has something to do with EU?

In your case, the package was shipped to EU between 4-22 and 5-02. Because they did not find your address, the package was returned.

Your package was declined by Custom and returned. Only about 1 or 2 percent packages are like that. We will ship it again.

That must be a joke. My address was just fine. I have ordered from China before using the same postal address and it has always worked. So I think that was not the real reason. Anyway thank you for refund, though I won't be ordering again.

You can do that, but that will not change my opinion anyway, so why bother. (My address is just fine, I've used Paypal for years and never changed it and until now I've had zero problems).

Anyway my moral is when ordering from Europe consider the option that you will not receive the goods. It wouldn't be that bad, but for some reason the shipping is really expensive.

Shipping to East EURO is very expensive. Start from 28usd.
