Hey guys, is a desktop amp built late 2005 with max amp/dac modules the same as an ultra desktop? Thanks!

At the end of 2005, max modules still had the intersil ha5002 output stage, which compared to the current diamond buffer is, well, pants.

In 2006, around April.....We call it '06 module.
