Let's see if I understanded this right. I can buy a cusomized manufaktur beyerheadphone through moon-audio and get i recabelled and then shipped?

The european webpage got more colors to the headphones, like white piano laquer, or dark purple metallic aluring :3.

And the "soft touch", what kind of finnish is that? Feels like it should be like rubbered plastic.

What would the estimated price be if I buy a customized DT880 for 420$ and with a split, hardwired 1,5meter SilverDragon cable with a 6,3mm furutech connector. And then getting it all shipped to Sweden?

After listening to a 250Ohm DT880 yesterday I was completly sold! And I just have to know how good a 600ohm pair with silver-cabeling will sound !

The Special Carbon Version we have pictures of in this thread are sold direct from us.

Beyerdynamic USA is ramping up the color options and should have more available soon.

Go to our Beyer page and click on the Manufaktur picture to start customizing your own. Once done, during the payment process, put our address as the "ship to" address and contact us for the cable build out.
They will mail to us, we will modify and forward to you. The same can be done at the German Shop. Just send it to us. Obviously shipping from Beyer USA to us is cheaper

For just the hardwired 1,5 meter Silver Dragon cable with a 6,3mm Furutech connector the mod cost will be $225 plus shipping. Shipping Global Express insured would be $40.

Sounds good. I just have to wait for Beyer-USA to get my colors and for my salary to find its way to my bankaccount .

Google might know what " Black Soft-touch " is.

Good, wonder when the metallic colors will be avalible in the USA, or if it's just the webpange that's not updated.

Will you be able to make a nice SPLIT cabeling with all the custom colors of the phones?

I was at Drew's this morning and he had a Carbon Fiber 990 and 770 to try, both sounded fantastic, but I was under a wife-mandate to stick to open phones so I picked up the 990 I like the way the 990 sounded on the Cary Tube amp.... hopefully it sounds good on my Woo. Haven't listened yet though.

I was actually planning to get a custom Manufaktur 990 in black with Walnut Burl accents.... but the Carbon Fiber much nicerin person, the pictures dont really do justice
