I initially had it set up with a shortcut to the sound window, but 3 clicks was too much for me. Ctrl + Alt + f12 is what I have it set to and i love it.
There are other more complicated programs that do it also... one is called auto hotkey, which lets you make customized hotkeys. I couldn't get it to work, but I think thats probably the best way.
