This is about the California Office. i want that to be clear..
This is my personal experience.
I am just wondering if there are any other folks out there that has dealt with the California office of Live wires IEMs.

I should have gone with the Nashville office but i did not.
For me the customer service has been non existent And i have a serious seal problem to my right ear from the day i got them.
The right ear breaks seal if i breath. they are not usable to me at all.
Not good on my Ipod and especially in live touring bass player situation . that is what i do for a living. I am a bass player on a national tour,
After unproductive and repeated attempts to contact John Diles of Earpeace Technologies by office Phone, his personal cell phone, site emails and personal emails about the faulty improper fit of the product that he sent me, i have resorted to letting the world know here.
Perhaps that will get his attention to resolve my issue.
We as consumers have no other outlet when dealing with a shoddy business other than here.
From the day that i received the IEMs from John Diles at Livewires California i have had a right ear fit issue.
It took two weeks for him to return an ( I want my money back) phone call that i sent him after he did not return a few calls that i placed to see if he could help me with my issue. He blamed it on me, saying i did not know how to install the ears correctly and then asked me to send him photos. .so i did send him pics.. he called me to tell me they are not fitting right in my right ear. I knew that already.
( Note: i know how to install IEMs, i have used different custom molds for a while since i am a pro touring bass player by trade. After my problem with LW CA i got a set of Westones ES2s and they fit perfectly right from the start.. end NOTE)
my LW CA are as if they may have used the wrong mold on my right ear. it does not fit my ear...
LW Cali has been going through an upheaval and corporate turnover from what he said to me. Spliting with his old partner etc.. and using a new manufacturing facility.. could that be the issue Jone Diles?
And then he blamed it on that issue..
All i wanted to do was return the IEMS to him and have them molded correctly. He did not answer that question and said to call him back in a day or two. So i did call him.. no answer.
Then I tried again a few days later, then two week later, Then i have been trying to email him to get my issue resolved.
I originally wanted them to be fixed. Since he has not called or emailed me about the problem in the past month i changed my mind.
Now I only WANT MY MONEY BACK under the 30 day guarantee.
It is clear that he is avoiding others and myself regarding our issues and it is frustrating.
When i ordered from him on 1-30-2009 he said the best thing would be to send him a check. So i did instead of using my CC.
I being a trusting person sent the check for $249. If i knew what i know now i would not have.
From what i understand, since i paid with a check i cant get my money back without going through legal channels at this point. Another hassle because of shoddy workmanship and severely damaged Customer Service.
So he John Diles, has my money, made an inferior product through his new manufacturing lab and sent them to me. they did not fit. I tried to contact him to have them adjusted.. he has to this day avoided all calls and emails to help me with teh exception of the one day he called me to say it was my fault for not knowing how to install them in my ears.. (blame game).
Now i want my money returned and he will not honor his guarantee , and i cant even get to talk with him about that guarantee.
The California CS is appalling, non existent, and he basically stole my money from what it seems to me.
So if you want Livewires ( they changed their name recently) go get them form the Nashville office. They have it together and are not affiliated with the CA office at all anymore.
STAY CLEAR of the California office. and John Diles of EarPeace Technologies, Inc. CA.. They are a mess...
