I voted hate the design mainly because I assumed that you meant functional design. I hate the way the band has to be extended every time you put it on, and the way you can't comfortably put it around your neck when you want to talk to someone. The looks are okay though.

It works better to pause your music if you want to talk to someone, or better yet just turn the music down. I listen to music a bit on the quiet side all day and can still hear other people talking. These ain't no HD 280s.
When I first saw them in pictures here on Head-Fi, I thought they looked pretty hideous. However, after seeing them in person, they're actually not bad. They're pretty wild in a sort of good way.
