Have 1st gen 32gb Ipod Touch and thinking about getting the 2nd gen, is the SQ better or just the same?

Or any other player similar to Ipod Touch that can play movies, musics, etc that gives better SQ than Ipod Touch?

Yes. The 2G Touch has better SQ than the 1G Touch and 4G Nano. I would say that some contenders for SQ would be the Cowon series. The O2,D2, and S9 are all strong contenders and also a big plus if you don't like using proprietary software.

There are other players out there, just do a quick search or look around a little and you will find many, many reviews. I think there is a picture around here that rates the top 20 portable players or so.

Find that.

Yeah seen the picture as well.

I'm looking for players that have capabilities as my Ipod Touch i.e. photos, music, and video

So is Cowon better player than Ipod? Was looking at Q5
