The RA-1 enclosure is gone. Sorry. Here's a couple of slightly blurry close ups of the wires on the stock volume pot.

I didn't feel comfortable melting out the insides that were glued so I simply cut the enclosure around it ( I know, blasthfemy)and hot glued the remaining block right into my book/box. Then I put a 6.3 output jack and 3.5 output jack in the front and a 6.3 output jack in the back. I also added a 3.5 input to the RCA's to give myself more input options.
