is it safe to get RS1i without any guarantee? because my local shop only sell them without it.

I haven't read of any RS1s out of the box being defective sound wise. I'd say it's safe if you can test that it works fine, drivers won't randomly just die out unless you intentionally expose them to strong magnets and screw up the voice coil or throw them. Any defects after a year can be repaired by a local distributor at a cost.

uhm actually I can ask guarantee for 2 weeks or maybe even 1 month, so it's should be safe right?

also, is it ok to put headphone on my computer LCD? because that's what I usually do.

If you can some guarantee for a few weeks then go for it.

You can plug the headphone to the headphone out of a LCD screen but it will sound bad that I'd rather listen from an ipod. If you can I'd pick up a Nuforce uDAC-2, it sounds very good with the RS1

what I meen is I make the my LCD become headphone stand, so I just hang my cans at there, I think there's no magnet things or anything like that at LCD right?

You can but I don't recommend it, find a better stand or rather a more appropriate stand
