Okay this is going to be fairly lengthly but bear with me.

 

First off, I would like to say that I first talked to Kurt about....5 months ago when I inquiring about how he liked his Compass with a certain setup.  We got to talking and I mentioned that I was looking into getting a Compass.  Now after I said this, he made me a deal that I couldn't turn down, giving me a package deal.

 

So we did the transaction and he shipped the item right away.  It arrived at my house DoA, and I shot him an email.  Within an HOUR he replied and stayed online for the majority of the night as we tried different solutions.  Eventually we decided that it had gotten damaged in shipping.  He then had it shipped back to him and sent it back to the company to be repaired out of HIS wallet.  The whole time this process was going on, he was giving me updates almost 4 times a week.  He dealt with Audio-GD and even copied and pasted me what they said.

 

From the very beginning of this he said he was going to pay for everything, and I really respect that both as a person and as a seller.  I would just like everybody to know that if you are ever given a choice to buy from this seller, don't even second guess yourself.  I would buy anything and everything I could afford from Dat_Dude.
