First of all, buyer accused me of sending damaged case without thinking maybe it was damaged during shipping. I was pretty offended but I clearly explained, with respect, condition of the box before I sent out and tried to work out with him. After seeing the pictures, it was definitely damaged during shipping, so I contacted USPS immediately. They informed me that case is NOT covered by their insurance because it isn't considered as a separate item. I let the buyer know this right away and apologized what happened SEVERAL times and that I feel really bad. I was still willing to work with the buyer and thought about giving partial refund. However, buyer was being very rude and sending me these messages accusing me and saying that my packaging is worth nothing. I didn't know how to respond to that and at the end, we couldn't reach to an agreement.
Once again, I apologize what happened and even though I think my packaging were good enough. I understand that this could well happen especially during international shipping. However, other people who purchased from me (domestic and international) can vouch for how much effort I put in packaging the item.
