I do not know if this is the correct place to post this, but it is the best I found.

Is there a softwar for music management that is like itunes? As in it organizes my files, keeps list of genres and whatnot, but supports flac?

Thanks,
nk

Winamp. I just added a Flac plugin for support and allows tagging and organizational options in Media Lib.

MediaMonkey can't be beaten for organization. I play FLACs quite happily with it, and it works directly - no need to add plugins.

Songbird is somewhat comparable to iTunes, and it support FLAC.
Songbird - Open Source Music Player

..or if you run Mac OS X, add FLAC support to iTunes using Fluke.

Foobar is great for Windows, takes a little getting used to though and could be overwhelming and complicated. But once you set it up, you'll love it.

Another vote for JRiver Media Jukebox 12. It has support for flac as well as ASIO output. Its a great middle of the road player between Itunes and Foobar 2000 in terms of ease of use and sound quality/functionality (for Windows OS)
