Maybe post a pic of the cables and see if anyone here can tell. I have the Ultrawide cable on mine and tried the non UW at meets. It seemed the non UW was a bit thinner but I never really compared the look of the cable, so I could be wrong.

Yea, it should say standard laboratory cable or ultra wide bandwidth reference cable. According to some, the ultrawide sounds a bit better.
