I see Costco is now carrying this Ipod speaker system for $99 (It was in a Calgary Costco anyway). I took the time to try plugging my Ipod Touch 2G in to the unit. I received a warning message on my Ipod saying the machine was not compatible for charging the 2G Touch (have since checked and Klipsch's website says it's not charge compatible for the Touch of the Iphone) so it's no good for charging but it was able to play the music.
The unit had amazing BASS (if you like lot's of bass, which in my case I do), and the rest sounded pretty dang good as well.
I can't justify the money at this point but if they still have them when I know I can afford the $100 I'll be picking on up.
