Sold him my ESW9s. Great buyer and head-fier. Instant payment, excellent communication. Was a pleasure doing business.

Boilermakerfan bought 2 pairs of AKG's from me, and we wound up exchanging pm's about different headphones and projects. He is working on some cool stuff, and I trusted him so much from that exchange that I sent him my YH100 to listen to! Great head-fier.

Bought custom Woodies for my SFI frankenphones, he purchased a few cables from me, and I just purchased a pair of Yamaha YH-3's from him. Every transaction went smooth, hes a stand up guy, and always goes the extra mile for anyone.
* I also ordered a NAD 2200 power amplifier to his address via ebay since the seller would not ship to Canada, and boilermakerfan reshipped it to me without even asking for anything in return! couldnt find a better head-fi'er!

I traded BMF my HD25s for two pairs of vintage AKGs. He responded to my post in the FS forum, and offered to sell me a pair of headphones I wanted, but considered a trade when I asked.
Throughout the transaction, he was very communicative, and a tremendous resource of knowledge. He was very honest, especially about what the best options for me were. This being my first transaction here, it could have been easy for him to just do the bare minimum and do a 1:1 trade. However, he went a few extra miles and I walked out of the deal with a tremendous smile on my face.
I expressed interest in a pair of headphones (of which he had two) that he was going to sell for a low price, as a 2nd pair in the trade. He totally revamped the cans (keep in mind, these were an afterthought, and not part of the original transaction), and even sent me the pair that he liked better.
Any potential buyers need not worry about getting taken on a ride. If anything, you'll learn a lot in your PMs with BMF, and walk away from the transaction feeling great about the deal.
An honest man of his word, and a very skilled / knowledgeable enthusiast, BMF is a tremendous asset to the community; I would be honored, and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

I recently purchased a kitted-up Millet Hybrid Max from Brian that he dialed in to suit my preferences. He was amazingly generous and patient in helping me along.
I ended up buying some headphones from him too. And now he's working with me on my next Millet.
My experience with Brian has been and continues to be a real pleasure.
Thanks, Brian!

Bought some DIY parts from Brian.
He got me a great deal on some AC plugs and was kind enough to let me add some parts to his PCX order during the sale.
A gentleman in every sense of the word.

Bought a pair of Senn HD 25's from Brian and they were in the mint condition he described and were packaged well enough for a carton of eggs to make it across the border without damage! A great member of the community.

I knew I'd be back here, someday...
I bought a pair of KT88 pads, and an AKG K401 from Brian / BMF. This time it wasn't a trade, but it was as smooth as my previous experience with him. He coordinated the shipping of the cans even though he didn't have them at the time. Can't say anything that hasn't been said by myself (earlier) and others, except: if you ever get the chance to do business with BMF, DO IT! {if your wallet allows, of course}.

I exchanged one of the drivers from my Fubar'd Fostex T20 for a pair of SFI ortho drivers, and paid him a bit extra to match them. I'm thoroughly pleased, and have them in a temporary fosterphone, looking for a more permanent solution.
