This seems the S9 is not the path to walk for me. I don't distinguish the ogg Vorbis Q10 from the lossless when encoded with the Lancer encoder, not the case with the Q9 so, no worries. 
Regarding the headphones - use the RS1's for the E10 and see what happens.
