Sorry, but no balanced outs on the back, but you can get adapters and use the front panel outs to your power amps. And the brightness filter is not on the unit.

Sorry, there isn't a USB input chip that has broad support for high res inputs at design time for this amp. So only 16/44.1 on USB.
I'll look into this more, but it looks like either the
M-Audio Transit or the
Edirol UA-1EX would work up to 24/96.
