Hey fkclo,

I already miss it

Glad she showed up in good shape and all set.

If anyone is wondering we are set to make only 10 of these. They use Birds Eye maple in a hard finish. These are the "SE" version numbered xx/10 and say in the pearl in lay "Amphora SE" on the top. Internally they are the same except the hook up wire is a 22awg solid silver in a cotton jacket. Currently I have about 3 more enclosures ready for these with 6 more future one yet to be made.

I do have to say I like the looks of that, and I like the idea of the upgraded wire too. Oh Well...

Wow! That Amphora SE is stunning.
The black walnut looks great as well, but there sure are something special about this one. With upgraded cables as well...

Same price point, if not how much is it?

Oh sorry forgot to post price. They are $280 more than the regular Amphoras - or $1275 plus SH.

You could just pair it up with an AMB Gamma 1 DAC, and if you DIY you could install it internally. Or do what I am doing and use a Pico DAC-only to feed the Amphora externally.
