x10 - burn in time....

Thread Starter
Just got these ace minicans! They do sound excellent (the bass is a little bloated, but it thins out a bit after selecting the best tips for your ear), but I wonder if they'll improve with burn in. Anyone got an idea of (a) burn in time and (b) what tracks/tunes/sounds would work best?

I just got a pair too a few days ago.. would love to know how their signature change as well with burn in. Especially hoping for more clarity in mids and highs.

There are some helpful links in this thread allowing you to stream "burn in" noises, including oscillating tones!

supposedly armatures do not require burn in, but i noticed a change in my x5's over time.

This may be psychological (my brain getting used to their sound), or an actual physical burn-in. Either way, perception is reality, and the sound will change over time.

Have two x10 on my hands. different revisions, different sound.
I feel like its a burn in
not burned phones have have much less vivid sound. old have ""vibrant sound
new are much of a classic sound temper, old ones- jazzy
joy vs academism omg
x10 are seductive.
