Yuin RMA?

Hi everyone!

I ordered some Yuin PK3 headphones back in November, and I've been really happy with them. Unfortunately, the right earbud died three days ago. I was just listening to my ipod at my desk and all of a sudden the sound stopped in one ear.

Since I am past my 3 month replacement date with Head-Direct, is there anyway I can get these replaced/repaired? I couldn't find any sort of customer support for these online.

Just email them using the email you find on head-direct.com.

Yup, just shoot Fang an email, he should be able to take care of you someway or another.

Ahhh, here we go...much-loved chineese 'super-ultimate-mega earbud' dying after 3 months? COME on, even ibuds don't do that!
