iBasso P3 Heron, the amp little explored but offering great portable sound . . .

I don't think I have seen a real thread just about the P3. The P3 offers the ability to change the input opamps, the virtual ground plain opamp and the buffers. There are many, many possibilities. With 6 AAA batteries with an external adapter to both run the amp and recharge the batteries, the amps power supply is easy to use.

So what opamps and configurations sound the best or offer different alternatives to preferences?

I thought there was a thread on it but I couldn't find it by search. Now I remember, thanks.

So there needs to be more recognition of the amp and exploring of the possibilities, if there is interest. I know that there are many good portable on the market now but is truly one of the better sounding ones, in my opinion.

So with that thread, I would just let this one fade away.
