I am looking for a good gamign soundcard, by gaming i mean supporting EAX (5.0 preferably) and bass managing options (crossover, redirection, etc.) I was looking at these two:

I was leaning more towards the gamer because of price. Now I am using XP so I won't have those Vista related sound issues XD, I was using Vista and had been for aroudn 2 years, decided to revert.
I just don't really know the difference between those two, and I am tryign to pick a soundblaster that is under $100 counting shipping.
The reason I am deciding between these two are for the EAX support, majority of my games use EAX for their surr sound. And I would liek to use my 5.1 system :P. I am not looking for SPDIF so I really could care less, I use Analog. Currently I am using a Chaintech AV-710 a friend gave me, before that I was using integrated. Also I am BIG for Bass support, Bass management/redirection and crossover ajusting would not be nice, it woudl be extremely lovely.
I await your input as I am ordering today!
