BeyerDynamic DT770 80Ohm w/Biosciencegeek cMoy amp?

Edit: Title says 80ohm, not 800ohm.
I just got my headphones in today. I am a cash strapped college Freshman who simply loves to listen to music while studying(especially now during winter finals). I listen to all types of music such as rap, rock, classical, oldiers, R&B, etc. This amp is about $60 shipped after everything is said and done. I'm sure I'll be satisfied with any amp <$70, but I still want to get the best for my money.

Questions:
-How would the BSG cMoy amp compare to a PA2V2?
-How would it compare to an E3 or E5?

I'm looking for more bass basically; Also, are the Altoid cans that BSG makes his amps out of durable? Thanks for any help!

wow; you really are pushing it there IMO. the 800ohm beyers are way out of the range of any of those options. that is a huge ask of any portable amp; hell its a huge ask of a home amp. Sure you may get better performance than straight out of an ipod, but only slightly. I hope you have a decent amp for home, because if not I feel you may have chosen unwisely.

no I dont think so; I think there is a 600 ohm though. for sure there are headphones that are 800 ohms. K1000 would be heaps more, you need a speaker amp to drive them
