Ipod Classic 120 + Fiio e5 + Shure scl2

I plan to get the Ipod classic 120. I have the shure scl2. Is it worth investing in an amp like the fiio e5 to use with these phones?

I live in India and getting access to better amps or phones is fairly difficult.

But i would like to know what phones/amp i should consider keeping in mind a total budget of 200$ USD.

You should get the Phonak Audeo's and a FiiO E5 and turn on the bass boost.
