This is a 3 year old (Pre-the fall of Mikhail) Singlepower Audio Supra fully balanced Headphone/pre-amp. With a Extreme out put section. (This amp uses the same output tubes same as the Woo Audio Wa22 6080, 2399 and many many more)
There are RCA and XLR inputs but only XLR outputs in the back for the pre-amp section. The round knob on top selects the XLR/RCA inputs.
In the front there are XLR and a 1/4 headphone jacks.
I have lots of tubes that I will make a list of that will go with the amp. I also have 2 sets of adapters from SP. for different tube types.a
The amp is Audiogon rated 8/10 no scratches or dings non smoker no pets (no wife any more for that matter, that's why I am in Money trouble!) The only thing is the finish is automotive paint, I believe and from dusting there are "in just the right light" some very lite swirl marks (auto talk).

Tubes, and 2 Interconnects Bluejeans cable male/male 3' long. Mikhail put female XLR jacks on the back (pre-amp use)???

Almost forgot:.. Rothwell Ballanced In-line Attenuators.
I used them to reduce the gain on the output section to give better control at lower volume setting (second floor apartment)
