If your primary headphone broke today, would you buy another? - Page 5

If my RS1 broke down, I might use that as an excuse to find myself a vintage pair. But it will still be an RS1 so I voted yes.

Anyway, a friend of mine knows someone who has 6 pairs of Stax Omega II just in case.

Not sure if JVC is still making those. I have been waiting a long time for mine to ship, and beginning to doubt that they ever will.

HD600 broke? Probably not. Just wait for the HD800 to release and bag that

buy, if my HD600 broke.
but if my A950LTD broke. It's hard to find shop that has this model.

I'd take advantage of Koss lifetime warranty on the ESP950 like I already did in the past.

I would probably upgrade if mine broke right now. Not sure what I would get though.

It's hard finding a modded YH-100 so I would probably switch from ortho to electrostats.

Yes for sure, anymore I'm spending on headphones won't be to repair my Sr80's which I already had repaired Dec'07 for $30 but placed on the 225's, but yeah god forbid they go out shortly after this post I'll be screwed

When I'm on the move I usually go for my SE530.
When I'm at home I go for the HD650.

If either one of these broke I would undoubtedly repurchase them.

if my Yamaha Yh-100s broke, then I would wait till I find them at the price I bought my first pair..which was 35$.

Not sure . . . I may try a few more phones, but overall I think the K601s are nicely balanced

been stuck with the JVC HARX-700 for a couple weeks. if these broke, i WILL definitely buy another pair

NO!
my primary phone is the ath-ad2000. they cost me an arm and leg to import, as they are not available in uk.
i would fall back onto my hd-600 that i aquired at a cracking price of £117
(second hand, but "as new")
